Happy 11th Birthday Austin

For Austin's 11th birthday one of his favorite moments was that his grandpa Oakes came to visit just for his birthday. Sean spent the day at home for his birthday, so the six of went out to lunch at a cute bakery place located at Gardner Village. They must of been something extra special there because there where so many people. After eating our lunch we walked around to check out all the witches at the village. The rest of the day Austin wanted to just play on the PlayStation, so him and grandpa played Call of Duty for hours. The two of them sounded like such children listening to my dad complain that Austin wasn't tell him how to play and Austin whiny because he had to slow down to help. I even gave it a try a couple of times, but the controller is so sensitive I gave up. I made Austin's favorite dinner for his birthday LASAGNA. After dinner we sang happy birthday to him since at his birthday party he didn't get in the picture with the cake. The presents where next which Austin had been waiting all day long for. He received money, thermals, a black Utah football jersey, and University of Utah bedding. One of the other things Austin wanted to do on his birthday was go to the Haunted Corn Maze. He felt since he had done a small haunted house last year with boy scouts that he was ready for the big ones. We told him if he lead the whole way through the corn maze we would take him to a big haunted house. He was so funny going through the haunted part. Looking around each corner, but one of his best moments was when we where starting to get out of the corn a chainsaw guy jumped out of the corn. Austin took of running and screaming. The rest of us had a great time watching him exploring through the corn. After we where done we asked so are you still ready for the BIG haunted houses? He says to us YES! but I am not leading again. We love you Austin Happy 11th Birthday!!!
